4. General information on data protection
Data processing in web page views
When a website is called up, a large amount of data - including personal data - is automatically transmitted via the Internet. From a technical point of view, this is necessary to make the webpage call work and also to give you the best possible result.

For security protocols, no pseudonymization or anonymization is used, because then no conclusion on potential attackers would be possible. As a rule, the evaluation of the data is anonymised for other purposes and no profiling is carried out. Further information can be found later in this privacy policy.

Affected person
The "Affected Person" (also referred to as "Concerned Person") is the person whose personal data are collected and processed. In the following, the "Affected Person" is also named "Website Visitor" or "User".

The legal basis for data processing with consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The legal basis for data processing by sending an e-mail is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the goal of contacting by email, the conclusion of a contract, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO the legal basis for data processing.

The processing of personal data from the contact form only serves to process your request or contact us. If you contact us by email, there is also a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data.
Other data processed in the context of the sending and the associated processes serve to prevent or clarify abuse and to ensure the security of the IT systems.

The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its collection is achieved. We have dispensed with the use of statistical tools.

On our website we have integrated the map system of Google Maps. The card system is interactive and offers you many options and map features.
